About Us
Our group director, Shafk, is a dual-qualified Civil and Structural Engineer and Surveyor, with almost ten years of consultancy and development experience. She is passionate about all things property, the built environment and giving individuals the best value for money.
Having identified a gap in the market for smaller-scale investors and domestic customers, we aim to offer a service that manages the full project lifecycle process in-house. We strive to make projects more efficient, streamlined and easy to manage – particularly for those that do not come from a development background or just want to create a passive source of income.

We strive to do the greatest good, not the least harm. We have no interest in doing the bare minimum, not for our clients and not for the environment.
We are on a mission to change the relationship between property development, construction and investment. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many as possible and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. That's why we put a lot of time and effort into getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
